My son and my daughter started going about 6 months ago.Not sure if this appropriate for a reviews but I will say it anyway..My kids in the beginning dislikes going to class not because they don't like the place but karate is not there favorite sports.They were so many days that my husband and I struggle trying to get them into the class because they don't like going but, every time they are in the class they end up enjoying it.With consistencies with our routine, we manage to keep them going and of course with Kyoshi & Renshi big support in terms of teaching positive attitude my kids consider this Dojo now as their second family.While in the short period of time, I've seen my kids improved and make good progress most especially with their behavior.Thanks to this place.Been a good influence not just to my kids but to our family."THE HOUSE OF THE SAMURAI"---HIGHLY RECOMMENDED****-Yani R

I competed with one of your students today. This man is one of the most respectful, competitors that I have come across. Today was a pleasure to have had the opportunity to spend time with him. It's nice to see hard work and great students at tournaments. It says a lot for the teacher.-David D
My son has been a student here for 5 months, the improvement in every aspect of his life is noticeable. He loves classes and is extremely proud of himself when he progresses. Kyoshi and Renshi are fantastic instructors who help the students progress at an appropriate pace. They emphasize proper technique and do not accept shortcuts. I am a student of this Dojo, and it has taught me a lot from when I first started. I was 14 when I joined House of The Samurai, and I was a bit reluctant to join. I learned more than just the kicks and punches, I learned that karate is a lifestyle (as Kyoshi would say) and that you can use it everywhere, not only in a fight. Karate has taught me to be confident, humble, and responsible through my actions. Both of my instructors, Kyoshi and Renshi, have always tried to push me to do my best and to never give up.-Aria D
This school is truly amazing, it has helped me through so much over the year I've been here and I don't ever want to stop going. When I started I was the most confidant, uncomfortable person you could meet, and now I am the one to start the conversation. The House of the Samurai has incredible instructors and they helped me a lot too, from learning how to tolerate people to self control. Great school, I've been here almost a year and people notice how much calmer and focused I am. Shihan (師範) means literally "to be a model" and the Shihan here surpasses the title of roll model. Although he doesn't have super great speech, he says things that make you feel what he means. Shihan makes you understand karate on a personal level and that's what makes him unique. Not to forget Renshi（錬士) which is great to have for a female roll model. The thing that makes her special is that she pushes you beyond what you think is possible. Overall amazing school improves you both mentally and physically.-Olivia C
My wife and I have Christina and Lorenzo training at the House of the Samurai located in Londonderry NH. We as parents all want our children too be Safe. Like most Mom and Dads who worry about their children getting hurt, harassed or assaulted. My wife and I decided on the House of the Samurai. They have done wonders for Christina and Lorenzo from learning the skills of protecting themselves. But more importantly they learned about the Discipline and Respect of the methods of how and what the Instructors teach them. Being a Dad who knows someday the kids will be on their own in their adventures that they choose in life. And knowing I can't be there too protect them. I would hope too have some peace in knowing they will be okay in protecting themselves from the dangers. That they will someday faced. With the knowledge that they learn over the next few years and longer in pursuing and improving their skills. I truly believe they will be better prepared in defending themselves from harm. But no matter how much we prepare our children. As parents we still worry. However my wife and I can sleep a little better knowing they are more prepared. The House of the Samurai.
